We offer a Web Site Monthly Maintenance Program for you as an affordable way to off-set the costs of frequent updates.

This program requires an annual commitment.

• If you decide to make changes on your own and make an error, we will correct them at no additional charges.

With a maintenance contract, you can also roll over your minutes for up to 3 months before your minutes reset. For example: Jan. you required 1 hour of work; Feb. you only required 3 hours but in March, you needed 8 hours. You would not be billed extra as 6 of your allowed hours would have rolled over. However,hours not used within a 3 month period, will result in a reset of 5 hours.

 

If you have not required any work within a 6 month period, you will be awarded a FREE month of work or your choice (up to 10 hours of work...not including Fee For Service usage). If you go a full year without using any hours in a maintenance contract, you will be awarded a FREE website re-design and NO Hourly FEES.

 

....Items and requests that are not included above, will be billed at our hourly rate of $75/hr and are listed in our Fee For Service Contract.

If you will require daily, weekly, monthly or even every two month updates to your site, this program will save you loads of money.

Below is a table describing the hours and cost of updating. This is based on the amount of hours per month.

If your monthly hours go beyond 25 hours, we will begin charging our Hourly Rate of $75/hr for every hour thereafter.

IMPORTANT: All updates thru our online account management system or email will be performed within 24 - 48 hours. If your changes are urgent and have to be performed immediately, you MUST call them in and they will be changed within 8 hours of your call for an additional $10 Fee.

If your site will not require frequent updates, the Fee For Service program may be more suitable for you.

All or parts of the above information may change at any time. All clients will be given proper notice when these changes will occur.
